🎯 Key Responsibilities

As the Quality and Patient Safety Specialist, you will be expected to play a leading role in enforcing quality control, handling risk management, and enhancing overall patient experience across service points.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Compliance Monitoring: Ensure adherence to patient safety and healthcare quality standards

• Auditing & Inspections: Conduct routine and ad hoc audits and manage the closure of audit findings

• Incident Management: Record, report, and respond to patient incidents and complaints

• Risk Control: Proactively identify safety risks and implement mitigation strategies

• Policy Development: Draft and revise patient safety procedures and SOPs based on findings

• Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed reports to management for analysis and decision-making

• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with clinical teams and administrators to improve system-wide practices

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

Academic Requirements:

• Master’s in Public Health, MBBS, BScN, or Post RN BScN

• Must hold a valid PMDC (Pakistan Medical & Dental Council) or PNC (Pakistan Nursing Council) license

Professional Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years in:

  • Healthcare quality assurance

  • Patient safety roles

  • Clinical risk or healthcare administration
