As a QC Engineer (Electrical) at Style Textile, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and standards-compliant execution of electrical installations. Your responsibilities will include:

🧪 Installation Supervision & Testing

• Oversee the installation of key electrical components including:

  • MCBs, ACBs, transformers, VFDs, DBs, switchgears, and control panels

  • Power and control cabling systems

• Conduct system checks and functional testing to verify operational integrity

• Detect and troubleshoot defects, faults, or non-conformances

🧾 Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare and maintain:

  • Quality reports

  • Non-conformance reports (NCRs)

  • Inspection and testing documentation

• Maintain proper records for QA/QC audits and project handovers

🛡️ Compliance & Safety

• Ensure installations comply with:

  • IEC, ANSI, ISO, and local regulations

  • NFPA 70E, OSHA, and other safety standards

• Promote safe working practices throughout all installation and commissioning phases

• Assist in the development, implementation, and enforcement of:

  • Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for electrical QA/QC
