Position 1: Live Bird Executive

Location: Processing Plant, Raiwind
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management
Experience Required: 3-4 years of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage supply chain operations related to poultry-catching and transportation.
• Handle fleet management, ensuring the optimal performance of vehicles involved in transportation.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with transportation contractors to ensure cost-effective and reliable services.

Preferred Skills and Abilities:

• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle contract discussions with vendors and contractors.
• Effective interpersonal skills for working with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Problem-solving capabilities and the capacity to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Position 2: Quality Assurance (QA) Supervisor

Location: Processing Plant, Raiwind
Educational Qualification: Diploma in Food Processing Technology (DAE)
Experience Required: 2-3 years in Quality Assurance, ideally within the poultry industry

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct monitoring, sampling, and swabbing of machinery and production areas.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards, keeping the production environment safe and clean.
• Supervise quality assurance measures in processing environments to maintain K&N’s quality standards.

Preferred Skills and Abilities:

• Strong communication skills for clear reporting and coordination with other departments.
• Proven supervisory skills to manage and motivate the QA team effectively.
