1. Project Manager (1 Position)
Compensation: PKR 300,000-400,000/month
Qualifications & Experience: Master’s degree with 8-9 years of relevant experience
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, implementation, and monitoring of project activities.
Oversee team performance, ensuring the timely delivery of project milestones.
Liaise with government and donor stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Manage budgets, reporting, and compliance requirements.
Ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
2. Assistant Project Manager (1 Position)
Compensation: PKR 100,000-150,000/month
Qualifications & Experience: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience
Key Responsibilities:
Support the implementation of project activities on the ground.
Coordinate logistics, training sessions, and field operations.
Maintain activity records and data for reporting purposes.
Provide administrative and coordination support to the core team.
Monitor project timelines and ensure task completion.
3. Deputy Project Manager (1 Position)
Compensation: PKR 200,000-250,000/month
Qualifications & Experience: Master’s degree with 6-7 years of relevant experience
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Project Manager with operational and strategic tasks.
Supervise day-to-day project operations and team coordination.
Track deliverables and ensure documentation is up to date.
Help with reporting and communication with stakeholders.
Identify and resolve project risks and challenges.
4. Project Associate (3 Positions)
Compensation: PKR 60,000-80,000/month
Qualifications & Experience: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with 2-4 years of relevant experience
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with documentation, data entry, and coordination tasks.
Provide logistical support for training activities.
Maintain communication with field teams and stakeholders.
Support the team in preparing reports and presentations.
Location: All roles are based in Islamabad.
Experience with government stakeholders: Prior experience working on education/training or development projects involving government stakeholders is highly desirable.
