Job Responsibilities:
As a Program Manager at PSTD, your role will encompass a variety of exciting and impactful tasks, including:
- Client Engagement: Reach out to potential clients to establish relationships and schedule meetings.
- Research and Opportunity Identification: Conduct thorough research to uncover new opportunities and gain insights into organizations and individuals.
- Client Value Enhancement: Work on increasing the value of existing clients while attracting new business.
- Event Participation: Represent PSTD at conferences, meetings, and industry events to network and promote our services.
- Training Needs Analysis: Identify the training and development needs of organizations to tailor our offerings effectively.
- Proposal Development: Create detailed quotes and proposals for clients based on their requirements.
- Program Design: Develop and expand training and development programs aligned with the needs of organizations.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Communication Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Research Abilities: Strong research skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-Oriented: A keen interest in achieving targeted and tangible results.
- Innovative Thinking: An innovative mindset with strong decision-making skills and the ability to facilitate learning and change.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business or Psychology.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in business development and client relations management. Additional experience in HR learning and development will be preferred.
