Key Responsibilities:
As a Group Product Manager – Anti-Infectives, you will be responsible for:
Leading and managing the anti-infectives product line with a focus on strategic planning and execution.
Developing and implementing effective marketing strategies and campaigns to drive sales and market share growth.
Overseeing product development, lifecycle management, and market positioning.
Coordinating with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and R&D to ensure successful product performance.
Analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
Qualification Requisites:
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
Education:
Pharm-D or a Bachelor’s degree in Science. An MBA in Marketing from a reputable university is preferred.
Experience:
A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales and marketing, with a specific focus on Anti-Infectives, preferably in Respiratory or Gastroenterology sectors.
Skills:
Excellent leadership, communication, and product management skills.
Proven track record of successfully managing and marketing pharmaceutical products.
