Position Title: Process Executive – Packing
Location: Kasur, Pakistan

As a Process Executive – Packing, your role will be vital in ensuring that all packing operations are conducted smoothly, efficiently, and safely. Your key responsibilities will include:
Team Management & Supervision:
Lead and manage a team of packers, ensuring adherence to packing procedures and safety protocols.
Train new employees on equipment handling, packing processes, and company guidelines.
Quality Control:
Oversee product packaging to ensure labeling, sealing, and presentation meet the company’s quality standards.
Conduct routine checks and make real-time decisions to maintain packaging integrity.
Operational Oversight:
Monitor packing line operations, ensuring the availability of materials and resolving technical or process-related issues.
Coordinate with other departments (maintenance, supply chain, QC) to avoid downtime and bottlenecks.
Health & Safety Compliance:
Implement and monitor safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all packing staff.
Report and manage any incidents or hazards promptly in line with company policy.
Education:
DAE in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
Experience:
3–4 years of experience in a packing section, preferably in food-grade or industrial starch/chemical manufacturing environments.
Technical & Software Proficiency:
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Working knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems is preferred.
Soft Skills:
Strong team management and leadership skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail and a proactive mindset toward continuous improvement.
