As a Premium Relationship Manager, you will:
Relationship Management:
Manage and enhance relationships with top-tier customers within the Premium Banking segment.
Provide personalized banking services tailored to the needs of premium clients.
Customer Service Excellence:
Address and fulfill all banking requirements of existing premium customers.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Business Development:
Generate new business opportunities by onboarding new premium customers through referrals and professional networking.
Cross-sell banking products and services to maximize customer engagement.
Portfolio Management:
Maintain and grow the assigned portfolio of premium clients through proactive service and consistent client engagement.
Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure all banking activities adhere to Islamic finance principles and regulatory guidelines.
Education:
Minimum 16 years of education (Bachelor’s/Master’s) with majors in Finance, Marketing, Commerce, or Economics from an HEC-recognized university/institution.
Qualification in Islamic Finance will be preferred.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a Relationship Management role, preferably in retail banking.
Strong knowledge of retail banking products, services, and customer relationship management.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain trust-based relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs).
Good understanding of Islamic banking principles and products.
Sales-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented personality.
Strong networking abilities with a customer-centric approach.
