The Planning Lead will be responsible for coordinating dyeing production plans, optimizing machine utilization, and ensuring the highest operational efficiency. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in chemical engineering and experience in production planning.

Key Responsibilities

As a Planning Lead, you will:

• Develop machine-wise dyeing plans and control production according to capacity.
• Coordinate with backend teams to maximize dyeing capacity utilization.
• Analyze dyeing unit data to identify operational issues and solve them using lean techniques like FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis).
• Handle shortfall planning, checking, and revising schedules for fabric distribution.
• Perform real-time troubleshooting during production to address issues with colors, fabrics, or machines, ensuring capacity is saved and operations remain smooth.

Ideal Candidate Profile

To succeed in this role, you should meet the following criteria:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience in dyeing production planning.
• Skills:
  • Strong analytical abilities for data analysis and problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with lean techniques such as FMEA for process improvement.
  • Excellent coordination and troubleshooting skills to manage production challenges efficiently.
