Key Requirements:
Education:
A BBA/MBA degree or its equivalent.
APICS or other forecasting certifications are preferred.
Experience:
3-5 years of relevant work experience in planning, forecasting, or related roles.
Skills:
Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in forecasting and planning software.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to lead automation and digitization projects.
Overall Responsibilities:
As a Planning Analyst at Engro Fertilizers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of our operational forecasts. Your responsibilities will include:
Creating Operational Forecasts: Develop forecasts at multiple levels and time horizons to guide decision-making processes across the company.
Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to understand demand drivers and incorporate them into the forecasting process.
Stakeholder Management: Present, solicit, and assess feedback on forecasts from key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Automation and Digitization: Lead projects aimed at enhancing planning processes through automation and digital tools.
Feedback Assessment: Engage with Sales and Finance teams to refine and adjust forecasts based on real-time data and insights.
