🔹 Job Responsibilities

For Import/Export Manager (4-7 years experience):

  • Oversee and manage the entire import and export operations of home textiles, knitted textiles, and terry towels.
  • Ensure compliance with customs regulations, freight forwarding, and international trade laws.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with international suppliers, shipping companies, and customs authorities.
  • Optimize cost-efficiency by negotiating with freight forwarders and suppliers.
  • Handle documentation for international shipments, including bills of lading, customs declarations, and regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor market trends in global textile trade to enhance business profitability.
  • Supervise and lead the import/export team for smooth business operations.

For Assistant Import/Export Manager (2-4 years experience):

  • Assist the Import/Export Manager in daily international trade operations.
  • Prepare and process documentation related to imports and exports.
  • Ensure timely clearance of shipments and coordinate with freight forwarders.
  • Support negotiation and coordination with shipping lines and suppliers.
  • Maintain inventory and shipment tracking for seamless supply chain operations.
  • Ensure ERP and MS Office-based reporting for better trade analysis.

📌 Eligibility Criteria

🎓 Education:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

💼 Experience:

  • Import/Export Manager: 4-7 years of relevant experience.
  • Assistant Import/Export Manager: 2-4 years of relevant experience.

📝 Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of international trade laws, customs regulations, and freight forwarding.
Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in MS Office & ERP systems.
Prior experience in home textiles, knitted home textiles, or terry towels (MANDATORY).
Ability to handle international documentation, trade compliance, and supplier coordination.
