Job Description:

As a Parlour Incharge, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the parlour, maintaining high standards of service and quality that align with Baskin-Robbins’ global brand. Key responsibilities include:

• Operational Excellence: Ensure all operations are in compliance with Baskin-Robbins’ brand standards, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service while adhering to health and food safety regulations.
• Inventory & Cash Management: Efficiently manage inventory and cash flow, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions and compliance with company policies.
• Shift Management: Develop, implement, and manage work schedules for staff, ensuring proper staffing levels during peak hours and smooth shift transitions.

Requirements:

To be successful in the Parlour Incharge role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Education: Graduation from a recognized institution.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role, ideally in the food service or retail sector.
• Skills:
  • Strong leadership and management abilities to handle parlour staff and operations efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and manage team members.
