Job Description:
As an Operations Manager in the Consumer Division, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the operational processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing the daily operations of the Consumer Division in Lahore and Islamabad.
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to improve operational efficiency and meet organizational objectives.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
- Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and implementing measures to achieve targets.
- Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing best practices.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Providing leadership, coaching, and guidance to the operations team to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Requirements:
We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the consumer goods distribution industry.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.

This position is based in Lahore and Islamabad.
