Position Overview

Job Title: Officer Service Quality
Location: Harbanspura, Lahore
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in customer service, call centers, or similar roles.

Key Responsibilities

As an Officer Service Quality, you will:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers and resolve queries.
• Provide chat and email support to address customer needs effectively.
• Manage complaints by documenting, investigating, and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Utilize CRM tools and ticketing systems to track and follow up on customer concerns.
• Deliver excellent verbal and written communication to engage with customers and address concerns.
• Ensure timely resolution of issues and follow standard operating procedures for escalation.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism while multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Key Skills and Attributes

• Proficiency in using CRM tools, ticketing systems, and live chat platforms.
• Basic computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
