Job Title: Management Trainee Officer – Sales
Responsibilities:
As a Management Trainee Officer in Sales at Pepsi Northern Bottling Company Pvt. Ltd., your responsibilities will include:
- Executing plans and objectives to achieve zone and area-wise primary and secondary sales targets, while ensuring availability targets for all product packages.
- Supervising and monitoring stock transactions at all levels against planning and forecasting.
- Managing distribution through software to ensure the proper execution of sales operations, ROI, KPI, GTM, and inventory management.
- Conducting market surveys to determine market share, sales trends, and cultivating relationships with key accounts, wholesalers, and retailers.
- Resolving customer disputes with the help of the sales force and ensuring control of out-of-stock situations in the market and with distributors.
- Conducting daily market visits to ensure product availability, resolve disputes, and address shopkeeper concerns regarding delivery and pricing.
- Achieving annual volume and revenue targets for distribution and expanding business in existing and new geographies as per instructions.
Requirements:
- Fresh to 1 year of experience in FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) industry.
- BBA/MBA or equivalent degree with specialization in Marketing.
