MCB Bank, known as “Bank for Life,” is a leading financial institution committed to providing excellent service to its customers. We are currently seeking qualified individuals to join our Operations Group as Officer Quality & Controls for our Contact Centre division.
Job Description:
As an Officer Quality & Controls, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of operations within our Contact Centre. Your responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring and evaluating the quality of customer interactions and transactions handled by Contact Centre agents.
- Implementing quality control measures to ensure adherence to established procedures and standards.
- Identifying areas for improvement in customer service processes and recommending corrective actions.
- Conducting regular audits and assessments to identify risks and compliance issues.
- Collaborating with Contact Centre management to develop and implement training programs for staff.
- Providing feedback and coaching to Contact Centre agents to enhance performance and service delivery.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Prior experience in a similar role within a contact centre or customer service environment is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
