Key Responsibilities:

As an Officer of Parent Relations, you will play a vital role in the following tasks:

• Managing Parent Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for parents, addressing inquiries, concerns, and ensuring a smooth flow of communication.

• Admissions Assistance: Assist in the school admissions process by providing relevant information to prospective students and their families.

• Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks related to parent engagement, including record-keeping and follow-up communications.

• Customer Service Excellence: Ensure a high level of service, addressing parent feedback and maintaining positive relationships.

• Compliance with School Regulations: Ensure that parents are well-informed about the school’s policies and processes, and guide them through required steps for the admissions process.

Qualifications & Experience:

The ideal candidate for the Officer Parent Relations position should meet the following criteria:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field or equivalent qualifications.

• Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, but 0 to 2 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role is preferred.

• Skills:

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

  • A basic understanding of student regulations and school admissions processes.

  • Knowledge of public relations and customer service principles.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with parents effectively.
