Key Responsibilities

As an Officer – CCU, your responsibilities will include:

✔️ Processing and validating inward clearing instruments, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
✔️ Reconciling daily clearing transactions and promptly resolving any discrepancies.
✔️ Liaising with branches, other banks, and regulatory bodies to ensure seamless cheque processing.
✔️ Ensuring compliance with SBP regulations and banking policies for clearing operations.
✔️ Maintaining accurate records of clearing transactions and reporting discrepancies to management.
✔️ Using Microsoft Excel and banking software to analyze and manage transaction data.
✔️ Providing excellent customer service and assisting branches with clearing-related inquiries.

Eligibility Criteria

✔️ Education:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree from an HEC-recognized institution.

✔️ Experience:

• 2-3 years of experience in banking operations, clearing, or transaction processing.

✔️ Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for transaction reconciliation.
• Familiarity with banking regulations and clearing procedures.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to coordinate with branches and other banks.
• Ability to handle transaction discrepancies and ensure compliance.
