As a Mechanical Technician at Fatima Group, your responsibilities will include:
Preventive and Routine Maintenance: Perform scheduled and ad-hoc maintenance on mechanical equipment to ensure optimal functioning and reliability.
Equipment Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair complex issues involving turbines, pumps, compressors, valves, piping systems, and other industrial machinery.
ERP and CMMS Systems: Close work orders through ERP software and manage PM/CM jobs using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
HSE Compliance: Follow and manage protocols related to Permit to Work (PTW), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and other Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies.
Project Support: Collaborate with supervisors for mechanical work planning and assist in the execution of engineering projects.
Inspection and Quality Control: Conduct inspections to identify wear and tear or safety risks and maintain adherence to quality assurance standards.
To be successful in this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
🎓 Education: DAE (Diploma of Associate Engineering) in Mechanical Engineering.
📆 Experience: 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience in a similar mechanical maintenance role.
💡 Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of turbines, pumps, CMMS tools, HSE practices, and project documentation.
