Position: Marketing Executive (Merchandiser) / Assistant Manager (Merchandiser)

Location: Lahore, Pakistan
Division: Dyeing & Finishing

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Merchandising:

   • Develop and implement strategies to promote and present products effectively.

   • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure product displays align with the brand image and market trends.

2. Market Research:

   • Conduct market analysis and customer feedback studies to enhance product offerings.

   • Monitor competitors’ activities and propose strategies to stay ahead in the market.

3. Coordination with Teams:

   • Coordinate with internal teams (like production and design) to ensure timely availability of products.

   • Collaborate with the sales team to boost product visibility and sales.

4. Sales Support:

   • Support sales initiatives by providing promotional materials, presentations, and product information.

   • Monitor product performance and suggest improvements based on customer feedback.

Key Requirements:

• Educational Qualifications:

  • Marketing Executive (Merchandiser):

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field.

    • Fresh graduates or those with 0-1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.

  • Assistant Manager (Merchandiser):

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing.

    • 2-3 years of related experience in merchandising or marketing.

• Experience:

  • Fresh graduates for the Marketing Executive role and 2-3 years of experience for the Assistant Manager role.

• Skills:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Good understanding of the textile and garment industry.

  • Ability to work well in teams and manage multiple projects efficiently.
