Position: Market Development Executive
Company: Haidri Beverages Pvt. Ltd.
Key Responsibilities: As a Market Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and expanding our market presence. Your responsibilities will include:
- Business Development:
- Identify and explore new business opportunities within the assigned retail channel and market.
- Develop and implement initiatives to expand product distribution, increase visibility, and improve market penetration.
- Customer Relations:
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Take proactive measures to increase market share and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Sales Performance:
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Implement corrective actions to ensure sales targets are met.
- In-Store Execution:
- Develop and execute an in-store strategy aligned with the company’s objectives and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualification: BBA/MBA with specialization in Marketing.
- Experience: 2-3 years of sales experience in the FMCG industry.
Location: The position is based in Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Rawalpindi Out, Attock, Abbottabad, and Kashmir.
