As the Manager Warehouse and Logistics, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse management, inventory control, logistics, and supply chain operations for the fashion apparel brand. Key Responsibilities:

As Manager Warehouse and Logistics, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Warehouse Management: Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including inventory management, stock movement, and organization. Ensure that the warehouse runs smoothly and meets all operational requirements.

• Logistics and Supply Chain Operations: Manage logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods to and from the warehouse. Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to streamline operations.

• Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and mentor a team of warehouse staff, ensuring productivity, safety, and high standards of performance.

• Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure that all stock is stored appropriately. Implement best practices in inventory management to minimize errors and stockouts.

• Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for improving warehouse efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize the logistics network. Implement strategic solutions for better process flow and handling of merchandise.

• Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the warehouse and logistics departments. Conduct regular audits and training to ensure a safe working environment.

• Collaboration with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments such as sales, production, and finance to ensure that supply chain requirements are met and that inventory is aligned with demand.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field is preferred.

• Experience:

  • 8-10 years of experience in warehouse management and logistics, preferably within the retail fashion apparel industry.

  • Experience in managing inventory, warehouse operations, and supply chain logistics.

• Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and logistics operations.

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.

  • Ability to optimize processes and improve operational efficiency.

  • Good communication and organizational skills.
