🎓 Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification:

  • BS or Master’s in Project Management, Industrial, Automotive, or Mechanical Engineering

  • PMP certification is a strong plus

• Experience:

  • Minimum of 8 years in successful operations and project leadership within manufacturing or automotive industries

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

As Manager – Technology & Quality, you will lead end-to-end project and process improvement initiatives within the manufacturing department. Key duties include:

• Project Planning & Leadership

  • Define project objectives, timelines, and deliverables to align with business goals

  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource plans

• Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration

  • Work with cross-functional teams, including engineering, contractors, and vendors to define and execute project scopes

  • Lead collaborative reviews to manage expectations and drive results

• Execution & Process Excellence

  • Establish Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) to organize project components

  • Monitor progress, mitigate risks, and ensure quality standards are met throughout the manufacturing cycle

• Technology & Quality Integration

  • Oversee implementation of best-in-class production technologies and quality assurance frameworks

  • Ensure continuous improvement and compliance with organizational standards

💡 Required Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Primavera, and AutoCAD

• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

• Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale operations and projects

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
