As the Manager Supply Chain, you will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of the company’s supply chain operations—including procurement, demand planning, logistics, inventory control, and warehouse management. You will also lead performance optimization initiatives by developing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) that drive efficiency and cost savings.
Develop and implement a robust supply chain strategy aligned with business objectives
Identify areas of improvement in current processes and introduce best practices
Create accurate demand forecasts to ensure production and inventory levels match market requirements
Collaborate with sales, production, and procurement teams to ensure balanced supply and demand
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers
Negotiate contracts, monitor supplier performance, and ensure adherence to quality and delivery standards
Manage the logistics function, ensuring timely, cost-effective transportation of goods
Optimize transportation routes and delivery schedules to minimize delays and reduce costs
Oversee inventory levels, avoiding overstocking and understocking
Implement warehouse best practices for efficient storage and retrieval
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) across all supply chain functions
Continuously improve performance through data-driven decisions
🎓 Master’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
🧠 10–15 years of overall experience in supply chain or logistics
👨💼 At least 5 years in a leadership role within a relevant industry (FMCG, manufacturing, distribution, etc.)
📚 Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, best practices, and current industry trends
📊 Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
💬 Strong interpersonal and communication abilities for cross-functional collaboration
