As the Manager Stores at Qarshi Industries, you will lead and manage all aspects of store operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, seamless coordination across departments, and the implementation of best practices. The role demands a strong understanding of SAP ERP systems, particularly the MM/WM modules, and the ability to optimize processes, reduce costs, and maintain high levels of operational efficiency.
Store Operations Management: Oversee inbound and outbound operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in inventory management.
Inventory Control: Maintain real-time stock visibility and manage stock levels through SAP ERP modules (MM/WM).
SOP Development: Create and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance with best practices in inventory management.
Coordination: Collaborate with procurement, production, and planning departments to ensure timely replenishment and availability of materials.
Stock Analysis: Analyze stock movement trends and generate periodic reports to support decision-making.
Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and waste minimization to enhance store operations.
Compliance: Ensure safety, health, and environmental standards are met within the storage and handling processes.
Team Supervision: Lead, train, and supervise store staff to maintain high productivity levels and ensure accuracy in operations.
Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
6-8 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within an SAP-driven warehouse environment.
SAP ERP Knowledge: In-depth understanding of SAP ERP, especially MM/WM modules.
Analytical & Organizational Skills: Strong ability to analyze inventory data and manage stock levels efficiently.
Leadership: Proven leadership capabilities with a focus on staff management and team productivity.
Communication: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Process Improvement: Familiarity with lean inventory principles and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
