The Manager – Security Integration will be responsible for the integration and management of all security systems at MCB Bank. This includes ensuring that the security infrastructure is effectively integrated across all departments and locations, adhering to industry standards and internal protocols. The role focuses on overseeing security operations, risk assessments, and maintaining secure systems to safeguard the bank’s assets and operations.
Security System Integration: Oversee the integration of security systems across various departments, ensuring consistent standards, operational efficiency, and secure environments.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks related to security systems and processes, and implement effective solutions to mitigate these risks.
Collaboration with IT and Operations: Work closely with IT, operations, and facility management teams to ensure that security systems are well-integrated and functional across the bank’s infrastructure.
Incident Management: Lead efforts in investigating security breaches or incidents and implement corrective measures to prevent future occurrences.
Monitoring & Reporting: Continuously monitor security operations and generate regular reports to inform senior management of security performance, issues, and solutions.
Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure security measures are in compliance with relevant laws and industry standards, including ISO, PCI DSS, and other regulatory requirements.
Team Leadership: Manage and guide a team of security professionals, providing training and support as needed to maintain a high standard of security across all areas.
Bachelor’s Degree in Security Management, Information Technology, Risk Management, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in security integration or security management, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
Strong experience with integrating security systems, surveillance systems, and managing security operations.
Knowledge of Security Systems: Familiarity with physical security systems, cybersecurity protocols, and industry security standards.
Problem-Solving: Strong ability to identify security gaps and develop effective solutions to address risks.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams and manage security operations across multiple locations.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting incidents, issues, and solutions to senior management.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure that security systems and practices are followed meticulously.
