Position Available: Manager Quality Control
Are you passionate about ensuring high-quality products and driving excellence in production processes? Beechtree is seeking a dedicated Manager Quality Control to join our team in Lahore. Location: Lahore (Warehouse)
Responsibilities: As a Manager Quality Control, your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and training the in-house QC/QA team to ensure clear expectations and deliverables.
- Conducting audits to maintain the quality assurance and control system.
- Ensuring quality standards are maintained throughout all production stages, from incoming materials to shipped products.
- Auditing and confirming bulk production, resolving any issues that may arise during the production process.
- Implementing and monitoring quality standards across all sections of the quality department.
- Driving suppliers to meet key milestones and KPIs, analyzing quality performance monthly, and implementing action plans as needed.
- Building and maintaining close relationships with interfaces such as merchandising teams to support new development.
- Providing support as required in development, including pattern creation, fit testing, sample creation, and testing, to meet brand requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in garment manufacturing, with a focus on quality control in areas such as woven, printing, and sewing.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Strong understanding of quality control processes and standards in the garment industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
