Beechtree is looking for a motivated and experienced individual to join their team as a Manager Quality Control in Faisalabad. If you have a strong background in garments manufacturing quality and possess leadership skills, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Position: Manager Quality Control
Job Responsibilities & Skills: As a Manager Quality Control at Beechtree, you will:
- Develop and train an in-house QC team, setting clear expectations on deliverables.
- Conduct audits to maintain the quality assurance and control system.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout production stages, from incoming materials to shipped products.
- Resolve problems that arise during the production process and implement quality standards across all departments.
- Drive suppliers to meet key milestones and KPIs, analyzing quality performance monthly and developing action plans.
- Collaborate closely with merchandising teams to support new developments.
- Provide support in pattern creation, fit, sample creation, and testing to meet brand requirements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in garments manufacturing quality, with expertise in woven, printing, and sewing.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to drive and maintain high-quality standards throughout the production process.
