Job Description:
As the Manager Quality Assurance, you will play a vital role in ensuring the effective implementation of the Quality Management system. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring that product and package quality remain at the required standards set by the organization.
- Training quality control staff to perform their duties according to business needs.
- Maintaining quality-related records and ensuring the quality of all incoming raw and packaging materials.
- Implementing relevant quality systems and ensuring that all products meet required quality standards.
- Collaborating with the maintenance team to ensure food safety and adequacy for food safety prerequisite programs.
- Overseeing complaint handling, environmental pathogen monitoring, and net contents control system.
- Evaluating monthly self-assessment to maintain program adequacy and monitoring and maintaining the GMP condition of the plant.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Food Technology, or Chemical Engineering.
- 7-8 years of relevant experience in FMCG.
