Position: Manager – HR and Industrial Relations
Company: Feroze 1888
Location: Pakistan
Qualification: Professional qualification in any discipline; Master’s in Business Administration, Master’s Public Administration, LLB, or related field
Required Experience: Minimum 5-6 years of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead recruitment and training interventions for workers, analyzing manpower requirements across functions.
  • Maintain effective coordination with government officials for workers’ welfare benefits and handle legal compliance and disciplinary cases.
  • Coordinate with EOBI (Employees’ Old-Age Benefits Institution), SESSI (Sindh Employees Social Security Institution), and other government departments for various issues, inspections, and compliance matters.
  • Manage EOBI and SESSI registration, contributions, and other related processes.
  • Ensure timely payment of group insurance and workers’ compensation for injuries or accidents.
  • Address worker grievances following standard operating procedures (SOP).
  • Analyze and fulfill manpower requirements by recruiting quality resources within stipulated timelines.

Requirements:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR and labor laws, agreements, contract renewals, and legal compliance.
  • Experience in handling worker disciplinary cases, grievances, and court proceedings.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Result-oriented with a target-focused approach.
