Job Essentials
As the Manager Finance Sales & Receivables, your responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring and supervising the sales and receivables function across various segments, including Retail, Key Accounts, and Distribution.
- Implementing and overseeing Point of Sale (POS) monitoring systems for retail shops to enhance operational efficiency.
- Supervising retail audits and ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Leading and mentoring the Sales & Receivables team, providing guidance and support for optimal performance.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Marketing) to streamline processes and optimize performance.
Must-Haves
- 2 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in finance, sales, or related areas.
- ACCA, CA, or ICMAP qualified/part qualified, or any equivalent accounting qualification.
Key Skills and Competencies
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Sound understanding of financial controls, regulatory requirements, and internal audit standards.
