About the Role

The Manager Export Sales will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, developing export strategies, managing international client relations, and ensuring smooth export operations. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in international sales, excellent negotiation skills, and a keen understanding of global market trends.


Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Identify and explore new international market opportunities to expand the company’s reach.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement tailored export strategies for diverse product lines.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and partners.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale with overseas buyers effectively.
  • Export Documentation: Manage export documentation, including airway bills, bills of lading, invoices, and packing lists.
  • Logistics Coordination: Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping companies, and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth export operations.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to international trade laws, export controls, and tariff requirements.
  • Market Analysis: Provide insights on global market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
  • Shipment Management: Coordinate and expedite export shipments from origin to destination.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sales & Marketing.
  • Experience: 8–10 years in international sales and export management.
  • Skills:
    • Strong negotiation and client management skills.
    • Proficiency in handling export documentation and logistics coordination.
    • Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Location: S.I.T.E Area, Gulbai, Karachi.
