Job Overview:

As the Manager Embroidery Planning, you will be responsible for overseeing the embroidery planning process both for in-house and outsourced production. Your role will involve:

• Embroidery Utilization: Maximize the production capacity of in-house embroidery machines to meet production targets.
• Production Timeliness: Ensure production meets target dates to avoid delays and maintain workflow efficiency.
• Quality Control: Monitor and control production to adhere to stated and approved requirements, preventing undue aging and ensuring high-quality output.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

• Experience: A minimum of 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in embroidery planning.
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Fabric Knowledge: Strong understanding of Eastern fabrics.
• Embroidery Techniques: Proficiency in various embroidery techniques and machine operations.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective coordination and management.
