🔹 Job Responsibilities

✅ Financial Investigations & Compliance Reviews:

• Lead accounting assignments, including fraud investigations, anti-bribery compliance reviews, and litigation support.
• Conduct forensic audits, risk assessments, and financial due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.
• Identify financial irregularities, compliance risks, and operational inefficiencies, offering solutions to mitigate potential losses.

✅ Deal Advisory & Risk Management:

• Manage high-value, complex financial transactions and due diligence processes.
• Provide strategic insights to clients on mitigating financial and reputational risks.
• Ensure compliance with professional standards, legal requirements, and firm policies.

✅ Client Relationship Management & Advisory:

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their needs are met with innovative financial solutions.
• Deliver clear and concise reports with actionable recommendations based on financial investigations.

✅ Team Leadership & Project Management:

• Supervise, mentor, and guide junior team members, ensuring their professional development.
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and quality assurance.
• Manage a team working on corporate finance, financial restructuring, and regulatory compliance assignments.

📌 Eligibility Criteria

🎓 Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Master’s degree (MBA/Finance) is a plus.

📜 Professional Qualification (Preferred):

• ACA / ACCA / CFA / ICMA or equivalent qualification.

💼 Experience:

• 6 to 8 years of experience in deal advisory, financial consulting, or forensic accounting.
• Strong background in M&A transactions, risk assessments, financial due diligence, and regulatory compliance.
