As a Manager – Corporate Sales, you will be responsible for driving business growth, expanding the market presence, and building strong partnerships.
Your primary duties will include:
Business and Revenue Growth Planning:
Develop and evaluate strategic business plans aimed at achieving revenue targets aligned with organizational objectives.
Identify new business opportunities and plan strategies for expansion.
Market Research and Execution:
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends and customer needs.
Plan and execute initiatives to expand market presence and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
Dealer Network Management:
Develop financial projections and profitability goals for the dealer network.
Ensure sustainable growth and profitability through strategic support and guidance to dealers.
Relationship Building:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing partners.
Actively seek opportunities to establish and grow new partnerships to enhance brand visibility and business outreach.
Financial Forecasting:
Prepare detailed financial projections to support business expansion and revenue growth strategies.
Education:
BBA/MBA in Marketing from a reputable business school.
Experience:
5 to 7 years of proven experience in the Automotive Industry (OEM preferred).
Strong background in corporate sales, business development, and dealer management.
Expertise in Market Research and Business Planning.
Strong skills in Financial Projections and Revenue Forecasting.
Excellent Relationship Building and Stakeholder Management abilities.
Outstanding Presentation and Communication Skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
