This is a fantastic opportunity for fresh graduates with a degree in Business Administration or Marketing to grow and excel in the fast-paced world of Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG).
Position: Management Trainee Officer – Sales
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute plans and objectives to achieve zone and area-wise primary and secondary sales.
- Ensure the delivery of availability targets for all product packages.
- Supervise and monitor stock transactions at all levels against planning and forecasting.
- Manage distribution through software for effective sales operations, Return on Investment (ROI), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and inventory management.
- Conduct market surveys to determine market share, sales trends, and build relationships with key accounts, wholesalers, and retailers.
- Resolve customer disputes with the help of the sales force.
- Control out-of-stock situations in the market and at the distributor level.
- Daily market visits to ensure product availability and resolve disputes with shopkeepers.
- Achieve annual volume and revenue targets for distribution.
- Contribute to business expansion in existing and new geographies.
Experience:
- Fresh to 1 year of experience in FMCG.
Qualification:
- BBA/MBA or equivalent degree with specialization in Marketing.
Location: 16-Industrial Estate, Jamrud Road, Hayatabad, Peshawar.
