As a Management Trainee Officer – Sales, you will be responsible for:
Sales Strategy Development & Execution:
Develop and implement strategies to increase product availability, market share, and volume growth. You will work closely with the team to identify new opportunities and ensure efficient sales practices.
Supervision of Order Bookers:
Oversee and guide Order Bookers to meet sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction. Coaching them to maintain stock levels and ensure that products are properly merchandised on shelves, racks, and coolers.
In-Store Branding & Sales Conversion:
Execute marketing and branding initiatives within retail outlets to attract and engage customers, converting in-store activities into sales.
Market Visits & Development:
Conduct regular visits to market outlets to monitor the performance of Order Bookers, assess market development opportunities, and identify potential areas for improvement.
Market Monitoring:
Stay ahead of the competition by monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust strategies as needed.
Customer Relationship Management:
Handle customer complaints and inquiries, providing prompt and efficient resolutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
Sales Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records, sales reports, and documentation for analysis and decision-making, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Educational Qualification:
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Experience:
Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in a sales role, preferably in FMCG or related industries.
Skills and Attributes:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good understanding of sales strategies and market development.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to handle customer complaints and inquiries effectively.
