Key Responsibilities

The Maintenance Supervisor will play a vital role in ensuring the efficiency, safety, and maintenance of critical operations at Engro Vopak Terminal. Reporting to the Maintenance Engineer, the Supervisor will coordinate with various teams to optimize processes and maintain equipment standards.

Core Responsibilities:

1. Safety Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to personnel and equipment safety protocols during all maintenance tasks. Knowledge in Work Permit Systems, LOTO (Lockout Tagout), Scaffolding Certification, and basic rigging is essential.
2. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of professional technicians to meet preventive maintenance (PM) plans, manage corrective maintenance (CM) tasks, and ensure zero rework on pumps, compressors, valves, and other crucial equipment.
3. SAP PM Module Expertise: Oversee daily job plans, track task completion, and ensure seamless communication of updates to Operations through SAP.
4. Inventory & Spare Management: Manage critical spare inventory, perform inspections on incoming spares, and conduct regular toolbox and housekeeping audits to uphold high safety and operational standards.
5. Policy Development: Develop and refine maintenance procedures as needed for major maintenance activities.
6. Planning and Coordination: Engage in timely planning, execute safety talks, and lead audits and meetings to enhance operational efficiency and safety.

Required Skills & Qualifications

The role requires extensive expertise in handling large-scale maintenance within the petrochemical industry.

• Technical Knowledge: Proficiency with API Standards, ASME Codes, and HSE practices is essential.
• Hands-On Experience: Skilled in maintenance and troubleshooting of tanks, pipelines, steel structures, and other critical equipment.
• Leadership Skills: Capable of guiding a team, ensuring compliance with preventive maintenance, and executing corrective tasks efficiently.
• Attention to Detail: High attention to safety and quality assurance, ensuring zero rework and maximum efficiency.
• SAP PM Module Proficiency: Familiarity with SAP is crucial for tracking and managing maintenance schedules and inventory.
