📋 Key Responsibilities

As a Maintenance Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Team Supervision:

  • Lead and supervise a team of electricians and technicians in managing electrical systems and equipment.

• Electrical Systems Management:

  • Handle the maintenance and repair of transformers, motors, Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), and switchgear.

• Inspections and Diagnostics:

  • Conduct routine inspections, testing, and diagnostics to identify potential faults and implement timely corrective actions.

• Preventive Maintenance:

  • Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules to enhance equipment reliability and lifespan.

• Safety Compliance:

  • Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to industry standards and safety protocols, including NEC (National Electrical Code) and IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission) regulations.

• Emergency Response:

🎓 Required Qualifications & Experience

• Education:

  • DAE (Diploma of Associate Engineer) or B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institute.

• Experience:

  • 8 to 10 years of relevant hands-on experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in a large industrial setup.
