Key Responsibilities

As a Line Engineer – Tetra Pak, your responsibilities will include:

✔️ Executing production plans and managing shift schedules, ensuring operational KPIs are consistently met.
✔️ Performing preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and managing spare parts inventory to minimize downtime.
✔️ Ensuring adherence to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), hygiene standards, and regulatory requirements across all production processes.
✔️ Managing SAP transactions and performing production reconciliations, validating shipping, inventory, and operational records.
✔️ Leading and supervising new projects, identifying process inefficiencies, and implementing continuous improvement strategies.
✔️ Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize performance and ensure smooth production operations.

Eligibility Criteria

✔️ Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Industrial Engineering.

✔️ Experience:

• 2-3 years of experience in a production or maintenance role.
• Previous experience in a Tetra Pak or FMCG manufacturing plant preferred.

✔️ Skills & Competencies:

• Strong technical knowledge of Tetra Pak production and maintenance.
