Position Available: Legal Officer

Responsibilities: As a Legal Officer, you will be responsible for:
- Providing legal support and advice to the organization on various matters.
- Reviewing and drafting legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Conducting legal research and analysis to support decision-making.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and corporate policies.
- Representing the company in legal proceedings, negotiations, and meetings as required.
- Collaborating with internal departments to address legal issues and mitigate risks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or relevant field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a legal role.
- Knowledge of corporate law, contract law, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
