We are currently hiring for the position of Learning and Development Executive at our Main Lab in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role and will be responsible for organizing, managing, and implementing training and development initiatives within Excel Labs. This role will directly support the company’s learning strategy by ensuring that staff members receive the training they need to excel in their roles.
Training Needs Analysis: Identify the training needs of employees across departments to ensure professional growth and compliance with industry standards.
Training Program Development: Develop and organize training programs tailored to the needs of various teams and individuals.
Employee Engagement: Ensure the effective delivery of learning sessions and encourage active participation among employees.
Learning Records Management: Maintain detailed records of employee training, certifications, and achievements.
Assessing Effectiveness: Monitor and evaluate the success of training programs and adjust them based on feedback and outcomes.
Collaboration: Work closely with department heads and HR to align training programs with business goals and employee development needs.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role.
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Arts (B.A), Science (BSc), or a related field.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other basic office tools.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to handle training logistics and participant coordination effectively.
