Exciting Opportunity: Lead Shipping (Outbound) at Style Textile
Join Style Textile as a Lead Shipping (Outbound) and lead a dynamic team to efficiently manage outbound shipments for Adidas/Reebok. We are seeking an experienced individual with a strong background in logistics and customer software operations.
Position: Lead Shipping (Outbound)
Job Description:
- Manage and build a strong team to efficiently operate web-based customer software like Trade Card, SharePoint, SDM, 3PL Booking Manager-GTN, and WFM for Adidas/Reebok.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of post-shipment documents according to buyer’s SOP.
- Upload documents on SDM to obtain LO report on time.
- Respond promptly to customer emails and WFM tickets.
- Coordinate with Liaison Offices and Logistics Service Providers (Damco, KN, DSV, DHL, etc.) regarding shipment-related matters.
Ideal Profile:
- MBA or any other relevant degree.
- Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in shipping and logistics.
