📋 Key Responsibilities

As a Lead Performance Optimization, your role will focus on identifying performance gaps and optimizing production processes to achieve higher efficiency and effectiveness. Responsibilities include:

• Bottleneck Analysis: Identify operational inefficiencies and propose actionable strategies to eliminate them

• Incentive Management: Design and monitor performance-based incentives for production staff and management

• Workforce Optimization: Review sanctioned strengths and align workforce allocation accordingly

• Performance Metrics Tracking: Monitor KPIs such as cycle time, takt time, and downtime to ensure optimal productivity

• SOP Development: Draft and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across the shop floor

• Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Conduct RCA to understand causes of underperformance and develop preventive measures

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with production, maintenance, and quality teams to ensure seamless integration of performance goals

• Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data analytics tools to track equipment and manpower utilization

• Digital Transformation Support: Contribute to automation and digitization initiatives focused on operational excellence

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

📚 Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from a recognized university

💼 Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in the production department, preferably within the textile sector

🔧 Skills & Competencies

• Deep knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, ergonomics, and operations management

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and similar data analysis tools

• Effective team leadership and ability to drive performance improvement initiatives

• Comfortable with cross-functional coordination and change management
