Position Overview:

Pepsi Northern Bottling Company is hiring a Labeller Operator to join their team in Peshawar. This role focuses on operating and maintaining the Krones Labelling machine, ensuring that the production line runs smoothly, efficiently, and meets all quality standards. The Labeller Operator will be responsible for setting up and configuring the machine, troubleshooting issues, conducting inspections, and ensuring that products meet customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operation of Krones Labelling Machine:

  • Efficiently operate the Krones Labeller to meet production speed and quality standards.

  • Ensure the machine is set up and configured correctly based on product specifications and labeling requirements.

• Maintenance & Troubleshooting:

  • Respond quickly to any mechanical or technical issues to minimize downtime.

  • Perform preventive, breakdown, and corrective maintenance to ensure continuous operation.

• Quality Control:

  • Conduct regular inspections of labeled products to ensure compliance with quality standards.

  • Make adjustments and alignments to maintain accurate and consistent labeling throughout the production process.

• Continuous Improvement:

  • Suggest and implement improvements to enhance labeling efficiency and minimize operational issues.

  • Collaborate with the maintenance and production teams to resolve technical problems and optimize processes.

Job Requirements:

• Education:

  • A diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics engineering.

• Experience:

  • 3-4 years of relevant experience in the beverages or FMCG industry, with hands-on experience operating Krones Labelling machines.

• Skills:

  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of Krones Labelling machines.

  • Ability to quickly troubleshoot and resolve machine-related issues.

  • Excellent attention to detail to ensure products meet required standards.

  • Strong maintenance skills for both preventive and corrective measures.
