Key Responsibilities

As a Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and ensuring client satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs and resolving concerns.
  2. Sales Strategy & Execution:
    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
  3. Team Leadership:
    • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional performance.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and enhanced customer satisfaction.
  4. Market Analysis:
    • Provide insights into key account dynamics, including Local Modern Trade (LMTs) and International Modern Trade (IMTs) in the assigned area.

Eligibility Criteria

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

Experience & Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of LMTs and IMTs in the relevant area.
