About the Role: Jr. Executive – Film Line

This key position is pivotal in ensuring the on-time and quality production of BOPP/CPP films. As a Junior Executive, you will be responsible for planning jobs, materials, and machine operations during your shift to achieve production goals. The role offers an excellent opportunity to hone your leadership and technical skills while contributing to customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Production Supervision: Oversee the production of BOPP/CPP films, ensuring that all jobs are completed on time and meet quality standards.
• Efficiency Optimization: Minimize wastages and line breaks, focusing on smooth production activities.
• Team Training: Train and guide junior operators (apprentices) and production helpers, ensuring compliance with department, machine, and process SOPs.
• Quality Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environment policies (SHE), 5S methodology (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain), and ISO quality standards.
• Safety Standards: Follow and promote company safety protocols to ensure a hazard-free workplace.
• Troubleshooting: Use your problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues in production processes.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors

• Education: DAE in Chemical, Electrical, or Mechanical fields.
• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. Experience in a flexible packaging company is highly preferred.
• Technical Expertise:
  • Strong understanding of BOPP/CPP line operations, including machinery setup, troubleshooting, and process optimization.
  • Familiarity with safety and quality standards like ISO, OSHA, and GMP.
• Soft Skills:
  • Leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Problem-solving and root cause analysis (RCA) capabilities.
  • Effective time management.
