🔹 Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Executive, your role will include:

Handling Customer Queries:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat.
  • Provide accurate information about products, orders, and company policies.

Issue Resolution & Complaint Handling:

  • Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints effectively.
  • Direct unresolved issues to the appropriate department for a prompt solution.

Order & Request Processing:

Record Keeping & Reporting:

🎓 Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

💼 Experience Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in customer service or a related field.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
