Key Responsibilities

As an IT Executive Support professional, you will:

• Diagnose and resolve network and security issues in real-time, including troubleshooting:
  • Data communication/network problems.
  • PC and network configurations, VPN, URL filtering, and DNS.
  • Wireless networks, IPSec, VoIP, operating systems, and browser issues.
• Monitor and support network services for Active Directory (AD), Exchange, and virtualized environments such as VMware/Hyper-V for Ethernet, FCoE, and fabric switching.
• Perform network device fixes, including:
  • Installing patches.
  • Backing up configurations.
  • Testing changes on switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Troubleshoot application access issues, including custom applications, VPN, VLAN, and remote access.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.

Experience:

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in network and IT support roles.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong problem-solving abilities with expertise in network and data communication troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in handling network configurations and security solutions.
• Knowledge of virtualized environments (VMware/Hyper-V).
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Additional Requirement:

• A valid COVID-19 vaccination certificate is mandatory for all applicants.
