📋 Key Responsibilities

As an Investor Relations Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Investor Communication:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, ensuring timely, transparent, and consistent communication.

  • Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective investors.

  • Reporting and Analysis:

    • Prepare and present investor reports, market analysis, investment summaries, and business updates.

🎓 Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2–4 years of relevant experience in investor relations, corporate finance, investment banking, or business development.

  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal) are essential.

  • Strong knowledge of financial modeling, corporate reporting, and market analysis.

  • Proficient in using MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM systems.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
